Whoever rutracker gets to do their voiceovers is horrible , an assault on the ears. This has of course nothing to do with rutracker. The same type of voiceover is used on TV and even on commercial DVDs. Proper dubbing is just too expensive for some obscure movies that the TV station can license for...
