on a separate note regarding blu-ray releases, most of the rips are over 2gb even when highly compressed and in 720p, where mule can no longer support them, right? :( I know it was mentioned some years back and the idea immediately shut down, but would torrenting releases ever be a good idea looking...

downlaoded the 1080 version of the spy next door scanned through it quickly, only scenes I can think of that match what you describe are the fight the bro+sis have near the start, and when jackie chan is getting the pyjamas on the little girl
