Do you use Logoaway in VirtualDub?
Yes, most of the time I use this in VirtualDub.

In this case I used "Remove Logo Now!". You can draw a mask with it.

The following from the English subtitle makes perfect sense to me:
Well it's over! When beautiful
girls kiss me, I am in love!
They have to be revised word by word ... and that would just take a veeeeeeery long time
No kidding. I have some idea of that from trying to figure out just a little bit of Swedish slang, some of it invented by Astrid Lindgren and only used in her stories. Not exactly considered the King's Swedish and not in the standard dictionaries!

I must ask: would it take longer than translating hard-coded Hebrew subtitles?? ;)

OK, guys, you coaxed me to do the translation. :-)
I'm working on it, now I'm in 24. minute...

Really, I was NOT trying to manipulate you into doing more work! But I surely appreciate it. I had not yet gotten around to watching your RELease when ghost made his, nor had I watched his when he also released the subtitles, and now I STILL have not gotten around to watching it with the subtitles. Probably because I am wasting so much damn time on the computer.

But 24 minutes in ?!? You are fast! I realize that you are fluent in both languages, but that is still some speedy work.

Since you have said you are on it, I will wait until you are done to watch the movie.

Here you are. Feel free to correct my mistakes (I'm certainly not fluent in English, I struggle mostly with prepositions, phrase verbs, and idioms :-)).
But just to inform you, some small illogicalities are already in the original dialogues! I think that some people mentioned it at CSFD (Czech movie database where everyone can put a brief review).

!!! Subtitles match to Ghost's version of this movie, not to mine !!!

Thanks a lot, jez! :) You were very fast!

I got your subs and this is a good starting point to work on them further. Many thanks again!

Well, I couldn't resist and worked on the subtitles again.

Here's the result and they should be pretty "perfect" now:
