How odd.. this thread shows up as having a new post, but there's nothing to be found.

Oh, well, I was coming here anyway, to say to anyone who's given up on this that THERE'S A COMPLETE SOURCE right now. Seems to only transfer a couple of MB per connection so it takes a while to get a full 9.28MB part which can be uploaded elsewhere. Only three new parts in a day, at 11% now, but if more join in it will go quicker and we'll hopefully get it all. Please note for the record that I don't believe in jinxes

Search results say 'last seen complete: 26/04/2007' so it's still out there. Maybe the guy's on vacation or something.

After a long time with no source and everyone stuck at 9%, the one guy showed up. He had a LowID and a long queue so the file dribbled out slowly. A little over two weeks ago he disappeared with everyone now stuck at 60%. Hopefully he'll be back, no way to know if and when. The long time with no the source before he showed up gives me some hope, since the source did eventually show for a while.

EDIT: Source just came back! HighID this time, maybe that will help.
