I also enjoyed the first one of these.
It's available as a dvdr on usenet. Let me know if there's a requirement for a 2CD size rip with matching subs. Looks like 'Katrine' could also be upgraded the same way, subject to interest.

Actually, both this one and Karla & Katrine are sequels to Karlas Kabale. All 3 of them are very good.
