We've only had this same conversation about 9,243,514 times before. DDL is fine in its place, but there are several advantages to ed2k. For one, files stay available for years. Another is that nobody has to take the trouble to intentionally upload something somewhere, they merely put it in a folder on their hard drive and let people come get it. There's nothing preventing you from using DDL to share films but it's not considered a [REL]ease here until it's put on eMule. Likewise, you can ask someone to post something on DDL but I wouldn't guarantee it will happen.
