The version we have here and on YouTube is 1 hr 09 min. Imdb says 1 hr 19 min. We're missing 10 min.

69 minutes I consider it a short film
Wikipedia says:
"A short film is any motion picture that is short enough in running time not to be considered a feature film. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences defines a short film as "an original motion picture that has a running time of 40 minutes or less, including all credits"."

This is strange. Multiple sites (imdb, filmaffinity, kinopoisk) claim it is 79 minutes, but any site with the video has it at 69:44. I did what I almost never do: went to Facebook, to the Official Stockholm Movie page.

Code: Select all

https://www.facebook.com/pg/Stockholmpelicula/posts/
They are extremely pleased with the success of the linked YouTube video, and I can not find any griping along the lines of "THOSE BASTARDS MADE US CUT TEN MINUTES OUT OF OUR MOVIE!!!!!!" -- but I certainly did not read every single post and comment. There was also an advert / poster on the site from the "STOCKHOLM PREMIERE at the 13th Unusual Film Festival October 20th at 19:30 pm. Gaumont cinema - Av. Rivadavia 1635-Buenos Aires Autonomous City". Look here (closely):

That has it as 70 minutes at the premiere, which is what 69:44 rounded up would be.

Certainly there could have been a longer cut (maybe a workprint) prior to the premiere, but I suspect that the IMDB entry was and is incorrect and other movie sites have just copied that incorrect information. But if anyone has a Facebook account (I do not) and is interested, go ahead and post on the page and ask if there is a longer cut or if IMDB is wrong.

Meanwhile, thank you emuler for the bump. I had not heard of this movie and will now check it out.

Sorry, Phuzzy - even I can't figure out how to put a YouTube video properly. :wall :icon_1idiot
EDIT: Yay! Did it. Thanks Phuzzy.
