This is about Amy and Raul, two kids in grade school and their adventures. Amy is an orphan and lives with her drunk uncle, they are very poor and because of this, the kids at the school make fun of her.
It has some funny moments, some sad moments and three musical numbers by Pedrito Fernandez. This was a huge box office hit and inspired a sequel, plus a soap opera series in 2004.
