I think that IMDb link is confusing it says 224 episodes but that link only says 1 episode for the actors.

I don't know if this helps but if you search on youtube LEUV capitulo you will find several episodes for a show with this title.

The episodes on youtube are this. These Kids are in random episodes, not the highest quality but looks like a lot of complete episodes.

Episode 76(LEUV capitulo 76) has the girl in a arm sling so that episode and around that might be a place to start searching.
