Girl is Debbie Farrington. I remember this was on the BFI blu-ray list for 2012. Seriously doubt she was under 18 in this much less 16. This movie is based on a true story about a 17 year old heiress. So not even the character is on-topic. Might be a decent movie but off-topic.

Apparent age can be interpreted differently by everyone. To me she looks like a woman not a child. I haven't seen the movie yet to know if the character portrays convincingly that of a woman or a child?

I like all kinds of movies and belong to other sites for movie collectors. This is a movie that has not seen a good release to the public until last year with the Blu-ray release, before then only release available was a crappy transfer vhs. I am grabbing the rip this rip came from. The uploader is a regular at publicHD and usually does great encodes. If this wasn't a site based on 'young' actor/actresses I would not be saying anything about being on-topic.
