Maîtres du Pain, Les
Originally shown in three parts on French television, this film follows a baker and his wife living in a small town during the 1920's and 30's. During the first episode, the woman has a miscarriage and leaves her husband out of grief. In an attempt to get her back, the man adopts two boys (Renan Mazeas, Briac Barthelemy), roughly nine and ten years of age. Our heroine returns home in Part Two, resumes her role as wife and begins playing the one of mom too, but trouble starts when she learns her husband had an affair while she was absent; to get even, she sleeps with another man and quickly thereafter finds herself pregnant, the question now being whose child is soon to be born. The final chapter jumps forward about eight or so years, focuses on one of the boys rebelling against his adopted father by involving himself with dad's old lover and the impact World War II has on the family.

I think she did a pretty good job with this movie playing the saucy 'little sis'.

It has been my experience that when there is a
Cd 1 , there is usually a
Cd 2 or more to go with it.
Can someone please clarify?

It's a bit complicated. First, you have a typo in maîtres. If you have an accent circonflexe on your keyboard (how long were you living in Angoulême?), type the accent first, then i. Or take the ANSI - code, that spells m a & i c i r c ; t r e s.
Depending on wether you type a capital M or not, you will find the 2005 post or the new one.
A search for "du pain" is senseless, cause it looks only for "du", and we have plenty of it. The search function doesn't realize that "du pain" is the French word for "bread", but recognises it as two words. Best look simply for "pain", no typing problems, rather rare word...
Besides, I'll try to dl the first two parts of the 2005 post, too - mkv might have better quality...
