Eva Ionesco lives in France, not Italy ;)

If so, I would not have time to look for an Italian sex symbol

Seriously, what was this movie about? There was nothing touching. What's Charlotte's best movie?

No, it's NOT a 'touching' movie. :sleeping

It's a slow moving drama directed by an eccentric, boundaries pushing, womanizing director/father as a follow-up to a highly controversial duet with his sultry open-to-just-about-anything 15 year-old [at the time] daughter.

He was depending on the 'controversy' of the incestuous theme of the film to gloss over the [very French] tendency to make an erotically charged film [with no real direction] boring as hell...

I always thought the Claude Miller directed films L'effrontée AKA An Impudent Girl (1985) and La petite voleuse AKA The Little Thief (1988) to be some of her best work [as a young woman/teen]; though I also really liked her collaboration with her uncle Andrew Birkin, The Cement Garden (1993).
