You are misinterpreting what IMDB is saying, because IMDB has gone to hell in some ways trying to make themselves seem more relevant and local. That part of IMDB is showing the release, not the country where it was made.

In fact, using a Swedish proxy you see

Further down IMDB says "Country: France | Germany | Hungary " so I am moving this to France.
