[REL] Polisse (2011)

Postby chronos8080 » Thu Jul 12, 2012 9:50 pm  18 likes

Review:
The daily grind for the cops of the Police Department's Juvenile Protection Unit - taking in child molesters, busting underage pickpockets and chewing over relationship issues at lunch; interrogating abusive parents, taking statements from children, confronting the excesses of teen sexuality, enjoying solidarity with colleagues and laughing uncontrollably at the most unthinkable moments. Knowing the worst exists and living with it. How do these cops balance their private lives and the reality they confront every working day? Fred, the group's hypersensitive wild card, is going to have a hard time facing the scrutiny of Melissa, a photographer on a Ministry of the Interior assignment to document the unit. - IMDb

It's coming in quite well for me - full sources and two-thirds done in 3 hours.

Is this the real thing? I'm downloading this and it looks like a ZIP file... and contains something besides THIS film.

The file posted by chronos8080 if you check shorty it lists 'ts' as part of the title meaning telesync aka: cam. Also the hash is different.

I wasn't planning on releasing this and I haven't watched it to see if it is a good film or not but here it is for anyone who wants it.

I don't know if the film is good or not either. I downloaded chronos8080's link awhile back and it came in so fast I never previewed it. I've been burning BR's and I always test each file, and this one wouldn't play so I deleted it and re-downloaded. Looking at the raw file data showed what you see in the screenshot. I'll zap that link. I'm just surprised nobody said anything before.

Thanks for posting this. An eMule search popped up a bunch of different versions but I hadn't decided whether to waste bandwidth on it again.

Just shows how many leechers/non-participates downloaded this.

No problem sharing this but FYI; I searched and found a legitimate and high quality file in about 20 seconds, then downloaded in under 15 minutes... Good to see some real participation around here again but if you include the recent return of some old members plus those who are actively participating we are back to the way it was at the old firstlovemovies having less than 30 'active' members and 1000's of non-active, non-contributing yet very eager to take 'others'.

Perhaps it is my experience/knowledge I have gained in my many years of collecting or persistence to get a movie and or sheer dumb luck but I have currently a conservative estimate of over 50 films that could be released here. Finding and releasing whether it be new material found, ripped, upgraded or verified is not that hard. In fact it is easy if 'you' as in 'everyone' visiting here @ FLM put in a little time/effort and take advantage of the advise/suggestions of the main releaser's here that always are able to offer/give/share with you something every week or month.

It has been discussed before that perhaps this new 'sight'(pun intended) should be made private due to lack of participation beyond our core members. But due to random surprise contributions and or old members being reborn under new identities this has been decided to not be a good option and I agree. However it doesn't necessarily have to be the only option. Another option is requiring more active contribution to see 'anything' newly released or re-shared. ;)

It's the web mentality to take whatever you want for free. Why put out any effort when someone will just hand it to me? Why thank a releaser when I don't have to? We can make it more difficult for leechers but it also makes it more difficult for the rest of us, both users and admins.

Is there any point in even worrying about it? We're not going to change anyone's leecher attitude and anything else we do might slow down what little participation we have now.

We can talk more about this in Site Help & Development - I don't want to get too far off-topic here.
