Thank you, you were mega-fast!
Re: [REL] Stephanie (2020) short [Belgium]
Wow, now I am hallucinating posts and files I have downloaded. I swear there was a post with German external subtitles and their English translation counterpart. Now, nothing. I came back here because the English subtitle was only a little more than half complete.
Thanks to Google, DeepL and tr-ex.me - here is a complete English subtitle:

Re: [REL] Stephanie (2020) short [Belgium]
You must have been quick! And that's why I deleted it - meaning to fix it when I had time! I transcribed the German (apart from the ascents) and timed it using Aegisub (that amazing subtitle software I'd used on Inseperables). Forgot the translator only can cope with 1000 chars and cuts off the rest - so the last 60 lines didn't appear - and I rushed to do before work and didn't check! So here's my fixed file - German subtitles for anyone that wants to machine translate to their language + English (GoogleAI translation). It seemed to guess the English even without the ascents. But if you know German then I bet your translation is a bit cleaner. But yeah, was me that added and removed my own post!Night457 wrote:Wow, now I am hallucinating posts and files I have downloaded. Sneaky. That's what I figured.David32441 wrote:It seemed to guess the English even without the ascents. But if you know German then I bet your translation is a bit cleaner. But yeah, was me that added and removed my own post!
I will not pretend for one second that I know German. When "correcting" subtitles I simply look for sentences that do not make sense in context, and then do multiple-source machine-language-translation comparisons. In a few cases here, adding the accents clarified things.
