Warning! Very disgusting movie, even the girl-bath scene!
... but on the other hand it is a 100% coming of age movie, so it could be RELeased.

jezevex is absolutely right; pimples are little puss-filled bumps [also called 'whiteheads' and 'zits'] that pop up on unfortunate people that suffer from 'acne'.
