

Synopsis:

While billed on the DVD cover as 'The Best German Comedy in Years', this film is more along the lines of a comedy-drama, as there is nothing outright hilarious or outrageous going on. The children have around 70% screen time and while they aren't the focal point of the film, they do play pivotal roles in the plot line. Especially the eldest Käthe who is played by

Unfortunately there are no subtitles what-so-ever on the DVD. Not even German Closed Captions..
