Nope. She was 15, possibly even younger. She (29-10-85) was sixteen when it aired, if the IMDb release date of 29-10-2001 is correct. A credible German site has it at 29-1-2001
German TV production doesn't always have one year lag like Hollywood has, but are those winter scenes shot in Januar of the same year?
Anyone's guess. But she was for sure younger than 16 during principal photography.
