The clip begins with a photographer making some, ummm, ART photos of 3 young ladies, one VERY young [a girl, 12 - 14, perhaps]; and then it cuts to the young girl being bathed by an older lady [her mom?], and they talk as she dries off.

In fact, the younger is a boy. The main character of the movie (few years before the plot).
