SUBTITLES!!!!

They need to be advanced by 1.3 seconds in the syncronization tab in vlc player to be right on time.

Paul is the titular 'moonlit' kid. An incurable skin disease means that he is not allowed to expose himself to sunlight. This not only dominates the life of the six-year-old, but also that of his family, especially his sister Lisa, who is twice his age. The two spend every day together and experience adventures in their imagination. Paul wanders through space as a missing space captain, Lisa represents the scientist who accompanies him.

Lisa's life is further complicated by Simon, with whom the girl falls in love. Paul notices that his sister is no longer giving her attention to him alone. At the same time, the boy's condition worsens, so that Lisa feels overwhelmed to combine her first love with her concern for her brother.

Thanks popdrome! You're in the zone, mr. mod!
btw I LOVED this movie. I think I included it in my honorable mentions top ten. Watched it when it was shared on a torrent site years ago. The main girl is quite good, I enjoy her narration at the beginning a lot. Quite a good feeling movie.

LOL a „good feeling“ movie? Wasn’t it really sad at the end? (Long time ago that I’ve watched it)

Yes, certainly. I don't want to spoil anything. However, it's the overall feel of the movie, along with the main girl's outlook and how uplifting it is for her to overcome her .. uh issues, make it for me a movie that leaves you with an encouraging "after movie" feeling. Don't want to spoil anything. It is sad, but not in a way that makes it difficult to watch. Once again, highly recommended.
