One of my TV recordings.

Good story and a very talented little actress :heart

Sorry, this movie is in german language without subs.

Amidst the loneliness of the Lower Havel Flatlands, one of Germany's last bird resorts, 12 year old Lea lives alone with her father Lutz, a passionate environmentalist. Lea yearns for company, so her father, who becomes more and more withdrawn from the world, becomes a problem. Lea's mother left both of them without any explanation shortly after giving birth, a traumatic loss that still impacts the lives of both father and daughter in the present. On one of their crane-watching excursions through the woods, they find a newborn baby. They save the child, and this experience deeply shakes their lives, especially when a frightened young woman – the child's mother – shows up at their home. Seeking shelter, obviously troubled, and still guilty. While an investigation runs its course in the neighboring villages, spreading unease among the villagers, the old wound in Lea's life breaks open, and she is faced with the one question that is essential for her: why did my mother not want me?

'Die Zeit der Kraniche' Bablefish translation: 'Time of the Cranes'

Wow!! This looks very cool, ghost!

It's always nice to get movies that no one is familiar with.

The girl, Stella Kunkat [ http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2574445/ ], is very cute. Checking other movies she's been in, I found another TV movie that seems of interest, 'Kinder des Sturms' [Children of the Storm]. (I'll post a [REQ] after I finish THIS post. ;) )

Many thanks, ghost! Two thumbs up!! :thumbsup
