The parents give up life in the circus, as a mother Eisenberg gets the fourth child. You move to a big city to a new apartment in the 18th Stock. The father earned his money in building houses, even if it makes little fun work. Anton now exerts in the apartment, but soon gets into trouble with the neighbors, who complain about the noise. Mr. Winter Meier's truck drivers and sleeps during the day. Now he is constantly aroused by Anton music and is afraid that the pictures fall off the walls. Neighboring Karsch again claimed that with him the plaster is crumbling, once the music starts. The girl is looking for new exercise pill rooms with Anton. In the washroom Anton must go through the game because the detergent begins to foam excessively in the machine. The attempt to block the elevator in order to practice in the cabin alone can provide for new resentment of the residents. Finally, Anton is in the park near the train tracks a corner where no one bothers to his trumpet playing - in the skyscraper music has since been banned.
