Tor har problemer fordi faren drikker for mye. Tor har det ikke lett, særlig når far kommer ravende full hjem midt på dagen og Tor står utenfor blokka med alle vennene sine. En dag orker ikke mor mer av farens løgner, drikking og pengeforbruk. Hun reiser til familien sin utenfor byen, mens Tor velger å bli. Han rømmer heller ut i skogen for å finne tilbake til noen av de gode opplevelsene han og faren hadde sammen tidligere, på mange turer i marka. Men det er ikke lett å klare store vanskeligheter alene. Sterke vennskap gjør det imidlertid lettere for Tor å komme gjennom problemene. Å ha noen å bry seg om, får positive konsekvenser for Tor.

Tor (Jacob Oermen) is a boy with problems -- his father (Ivar Noerve) drinks too much and too often, he even lost his license to drive a truck because of his alcoholism -- and Tor's mother leaves, telling Tor to follow her. He does not want to do that and instead goes to his own hideaway in a nearby forest to nurse his sorrow and bemoan his unhappy family life. This movie is about Tor who runaway out in the forest, to get away from his constantly drunk father. He's about 13-14 years old. Laila, Bente and some other good friends of him search for him and stays with him, when they find him living at a remote lake. They are fooling around, swimming and enjoying the nice summer. Laila and the others also try to help Tors father sort out things..

Sorry if this is out of place, but I´ve been wondering for awhile....what is NEF...I think it has to do with norwegian films and emule??!!

yeah.. NEF is a forum for mainly norwegian releases, i.e norwegian films, music, musicvideos, appz and so on. It has also extensive foreign material sections as well.. I tend to release my rips both here at FLM and at NEF at the same time.
