I'm absolutely 100% certain this film is elsewhere on FLM but I haven't been able to find it. All of the men are away at sea (fishermen) so only mothers, old people, and children are on the island. Some boys find an unexploded mortar round and set fire to it. It explodes and severely injures the little girl. The grandfather starts rowing the girl to the nearest help and meets some rich people but they won't take the girl in their fast boat. The grandfather, exhausted, finally rows to shore but it's too late.

Reshared. The file hash matches exactly but be aware VLC warns the AVI index is broken or missing. It still plays fine as far as I can tell (use "Play as is", don't rebuild the index). There are no ending credits so I wonder if those were chopped off some time in the past and that's why the index isn't right.
