Now everything makes sense, there was a second film, the problem does not appear in RFF, I just thought it only existed in the Lotta 1 film franchise and a series
A feisty five-year-old girl Lotta decides to move away from home. And no, she doesn't want to put on the stupid sweater.
Why I love Lotta:
Spoiler:
Lotta is a stubborn little egoist prone to grumpy and noisy outbursts when things do not go her way ... particularly when she is wakened suddenly from a bad dream. Her family and neighbors are incredibly tolerant and patient. Whether her mood is good or bad, I think she is hilarious!
However ... when she sees that other people are sad or upset, she watches them quietly and thinks. Her heart melts, and she decides to DO something about it to make them feel better. Aww...

About Teddy Bears and Easter witches:
Spoiler:
A "bamse" is a bear, specifically one that is a soft stuffed toy for young chidren. In English this is a "teddy bear". Lotta's bamse is named Bamsen, and it is actually a cute piggy. I kept his Swedish name in the subtitle translation.
I had never heard of Swedish children dressing up as "Easter witches" until I saw this movie.
In Sweden and Finland, it is an Easter tradition for children to dress as witches, old women and old men and go door to door for treats similar to the trick-or-treating tradition of Halloween on Maundy Thursday or the day before Easter (Holy Saturday).
Lotta and her siblings dress up as Easter witches and go out for candy, with plans to have an Easter egg hunt on the later day.
This is my own smaller remux from a much larger file. Direct-download links for ALL the versions large and small are in the next post.

A BIG THANK YOU to the kind anonymous donor who provided the original file!
I call this the PAPA BEAR Version. It is
8.8Gb 1080p (by Ulozto's calculation)
with Swedish audio in DTS-HD 2.0, DTS 2.0, and AC3 5.1.
It has optional Swedish and Norwegian DVD subtitles.
The file plays beautifully on my computer but the high bitrate video and uncompressed audio track overwhelmed my poor blu-ray player. Make sure you know your own system capabilities if you choose to download it.

The actual movie runtime is 1:21:00, including closing credit end music.
The DTS soundtrack increases the apparent runtime to 1:37:55,
but it is only black screen after the credits and music.
It is 8.16Gb, with 88 files of 100Mb each. MEGA is faster than Ulozto, but you should really use a downloader like Jdownloader2 to get 88 links. And they must be extracted to the full file.
3.7Gb 1080p with Swedish audio in DTS 2.0 and AC3 5.1.
It has optional Swedish and Norwegian DVD subtitles.
I left out the uncompressed HD-MA DTS track and re-encoded the video to a smaller size, still high quality.

The file is shorter because it does not have the overlong DTS audio track padding out the runtime.
It is NOT missing any footage! The same is true of the smallest version.
Finally, the BABY BAMSE Version. It is
2.8Gb 1080p with Swedish audio in AC3 5.1.
I left out both the large DTS tracks and used the same re-encoded smaller video as the 3.7Gb version. I also left out the Swedish and Norwegian DVD subtitles.
This is what I shared on eMule in the previous post.
Most triumphant! Exultant joy! And gleeful thanks to your donor!
Wow Night, many thanks for the extra versions and the direct links for those that need them! I knew you were looking for these. (Coincidentally, I am have been having computer troubles and temporarily cannot use emule, so write me down for the mega links-- I'll help source of emule soon, if needed.)
Curious, on imdb, it says this was edited into a tv series. I understand sort of thing often happens with Lindgren series and movies, but here the difference I think I am seeing is they edited the film into a series. Is this actually the case? Is there one that contains more footage than the other?

Don't worry, you don't need a reservation. In case anyone is wondering, my MEGA links are as "permanent" as MEGA will allow them to be. I won't take anything down unless it turns out there is a problem with a file. I move on to the next free account when I need to.

I read the same thing you did and do not have any more information as far as "Lotta" is concerned. I have looked for the series and the movies on svtplay and found nothing. There is another member here who knows more about Lindgren films than I do, so maybe he can tell us more. At the very least I hope this thread gives him the opportunity to get this one in 1080p.
