Just previewing, so far, but I can see written material in the Cyrillic script, like when she carves her name into a wooden surface. That makes it either from the Russian/ former Soviet block, or from one of the other countries that use that script, eg. Greece. Guess I'll have to go with Russian.

Yes the movie is filmed in various European locations, the language is primarily Russian, but it is a Swedish production.
