Plot:
This is a remake of a well-known story, filmed several times in german. Based upon the movies "Es geschah am hellichten Tag" (1958/1997), re-made in USA, 2001 as "Das Versprechen/The Pledge".

I wonder where they filmed it...
The number plates on the cars are not british, so it might be filmed in Australia (because of the windwheels). But, afaik, Australia was once british and thus they also drive on the wrong side of the street, but all cars are left-steered and the cop was even driving an old russian Lada Niva!
Does anyone know?
