IMDB has this as UK/US, and though Disney is at heart a US company it looks like most of the non-location work was done in the UK, so UK it is. (One of the companies credited, for stunt equipment, is "Cunning Stunts Limited", lol.)

I'd expect more releases of this to be available soon, as is the case with most popular movies being released on DVD...

Yes. I saw a full DVDR version (direct links - expect to see it on STF soon). This one will certainly be released on BluRay too, so those with BluRay capability can keep an eye out for that.
