On an eerie night in 1970, three children are born during an eclipse, which is not a good thing from an astrological standpoint, a lack of an ability to feel emotions being the result. As their tenth birthday approaches, horny teens and a few others find themselves the victims of a serious body count. No one suspects the cute tykes..., minus a classmate who they tried to off. Can he and his older sister put a stop to the madness before the whole town is murdered? A decent enough slasher flick if you are in the mood

This is a nice little movie, in it's own right. It's a pretty standard AMERICAN 'slasher' flick with the main twist being that it's 3 psycho kids doing the killing.
The girl, Elizabeth Hoy [ http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0398318/ ] did quite a bit of TV work with a spattering of movie apperances. I remember her as the sassy little girl in the 'The Blues Brothers'.

I had it for a long time on VHS then a couple of years ago it FINALLY came out on DVD and I was able to get that:

It's not a great quality release, but it's nice and the main thing [for me] is it's on DVD.
If there's interest I'll rip & post the original 'English' version, for all us non-French speaking souls...
