The much-beloved and legendary sad-faced circus clown Emmett Kelly jr. stars in this heartwarming thrilling and funny musical version of "the Pied Piper" Kelly, as his famous tramp clown Weary Willies, leads a travelling circus into a sombre village controlled by the evil humourless Jonathan Scragg. Magically, Kelly, as the Piper, leads the revolt of the oppressed children, inspiring the people of the village to find laughter and the strength to rise up against their wicked ruler.
