Please make this a request. To do that, post it in the Request forum for the film's country, and make the title "[REQ] Movie Name (year)".
An IMDB link should also be included.

Doing that has a MUCH better chance of getting you this film.

The New Adventures of Heidi (1978)
Heidi leaves the mountains of Switzerland for a trip to New York City.

Heidi is still the same lovable little girl she's been for almost 100 years in a tender story of love, laughter and hope. Your whole family will love 'The new adventures of Heidi.' [Video Australia]

100 years? She doesn't look a day over 13 :hand
Though Burl Ives, I don't know.

Same girl as in [REL]When Every Day Was the Fourth of July (1978) (TV)
