DAMN! I guess I have to learn some more German ... or Swiss German. I just finished watching the 1952 version (which was excellent!), so I at least have a little start on hearing a difference in Swiss German vs. German German.

I would even be willing to machine translate Icelandic subtitles! But I will look some more, maybe I will find Turkish or Russian. I had multiple sources for the video, although you were not among them because I was getting the 2015 Heidi from you instead. I adore Bruno Ganz, he makes me think of angels. (Yeah, I just have to ignore his heavily-memed 2004 leading role.)

AND the 2015 version just finished! That version I DO have English subtitles for, so I guess this will be a double-Heidi day today!
