An ode to human misery, this film is a challenging story of a group of misfits who, run into the ground by emotional, economic or political hardship, escape to a shack in the middle of a desolate landscape for comfort. The pessimism of the characters’ future is successfully conveyed not only by the limted yet carefully selected use of dialogue but also by long and stunning shots of the sweeping landscapes of the Crimea.

The movies of Sharunas Bartas have been released lately in quite good versions - look at "A Casa". This is the 1-part-rip of "Seven Invisible Men" with English, Spanish and Portuguese subs.

I admit these are not what loverboy would call typical Christmas movies...

You can say that again. Bartas' films have a lot of themes in common, but holiday cheer ain't one of them. The girl dancing was nice, as were her later scenes.idler wrote:I admit these are not what loverboy would call typical Christmas movies...

Re: [REL] Seven Invisible Men (2005) [Lithuania]
DVD9 upgrade exists (for example on rutracker) - the quality itself isn't outstanding, but in comparsion with some old rips it is improvement.
Re: [REL] Seven Invisible Men (2005) [Lithuania]
I had been looking for this film for some time but I could not find it because I wrote it like that 'Septyni nematomi zmones' and because many countries participated in the production since in FLM I was in each of them
