Help for identify a film?

In the movie is where some soldiers (nazis I believe) in a building ruined by war to capture a couple as seen in the picture

Yep, that's John Hurt and we've always been at war with Oceania. Or maybe it was Eastersea. I guess I'll have to ask the Ministry of Information.

I thought it was Tom Courtenay
