In the modem instructions of my new provider, it says if you want port-forwarding (essential for eMule setups), you have to call them and negotiate that for instructions. Hold on a second, negotiate? Ha ? ?
...like for Easynews where I can download everything but negotiate upload privileges? WTF?
Are they gonna check my content for Ch*ld P**N ? Or bad opinions? Or whatever? Or assume I'm a hacker until proven otherwise?
