The second link you posted to is a Japanese TV series titled 'R-17'.

The first video you posted is a collection of clips from different movies.

I didn't watch all of them, but I do know that the first one is from a famous film that I'm pretty sure is already here. It's mostly about a boy, but there's a few scenes with this cute girl. I don't remember it's name, unfortunately..



This is a clip of the full scene from the film.

I've got to get to work, but later I'll watch the entire video and see if I recognize any of the other movies...

the movie Kev posted is "Ano natsu no hi" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0167768/

the girl in the collection of clips corsarace posted is Aoi Miyazaki. she was 13 during filming of Ano natsu no hi . later she starred in several movies and did some hot stuff on the tv series R-17(clips on youtube) all though this may not be her in the clip above. this girl looks younger about 10 or 11 and is what stated on RFF as well. http://www.rarefilmfinder.com/showfilm.php?id=14534 but definitely same movie.

You can find "R-17" on youtube/dailymotion and "Ano natsu no hi" was there in the past but has been deleted so its still a request. I too would like it.
