Re: [REQ] Negerkys og labre larver (1987)
It's been on my radar for a while, I certainly would like to get my hands on a copy.
Does anybody have?

Some pics or at last a plot description? The information up to now is too unsufficient.

That it is Helle Fagralid's debut should be reason enough to want this, sadly, it's ungettable...

Well apparently it's shown on MUBI before:Ziggy Plock wrote:That it is Helle Fagralid's debut should be reason enough to want this, sadly, it's ungettable...

Is there a way to get a bunch of members to contact MUBI programing, requesting the movie be streamed again?
Not sure how it all works, but I wound imagine if MUBI sees enough worldwide interest in the film being rebroadcast they might bring it back..

(...And, of course, CVMC says they's be gotten a VHS virgin uv dis fo' da cheep price uv $8 [USD]...

Re: [REQ] Negerkys og labre larver (1987)
Does that mean MUBI actually showed it or do they just have a listing? 99% of my search results are just clickbait and MUBI always seems to be one of them.
An $8 VHS RENTAL! Does that cover shipping? I never paid more than $3.99 for a rental.
I once sent a Google-Swedish email to SVT requesting a restream for an expired show. They politely responded they may get the rights again ... and they did. I doubt my interest had much to do with it, but I got what I wanted.

Dunno. Kinda the same thing with me as MUBI links have shown up when I searched, some expired some active. I believe you gotta join to view the active streams. Never been a priority for me.Night457 wrote:Does that mean MUBI actually showed it or do they just have a listing? 99% of my search results are just clickbait and MUBI always seems to be one of them.
Yeah, this company [ http://www.cvmc.net/ ] has been around for years; pre-FLM.. The original owner died at the keyboard and a friend of his was able to keep it going. I used to rent from them [VHS's] and even sent them a few movies [on DVD, as that became the norm, to the original owner] that were on their 'Want' list. Don't remember if that covered shipping; you'll have to check their shipping policies.Night457 wrote:An $8 VHS RENTAL! Does that cover shipping? I never paid more than $3.99 for a rental.
Sometime after I found FLM, I quit using them.

Datz wut I wuz sayin' wid MUBI; couldn't hert 2 ask..Night457 wrote:I once sent a Google-Swedish email to SVT requesting a restream for an expired show. They politely responded they may get the rights again ... and they did. I doubt my interest had much to do with it, but I got what I wanted.
