Kys Kys (2001)
Merle is nine and she's Bro's elder sister, and Bro is a real pain. He's mad about kissing. Especially in order to annoy Merle, who feels that all this kiss-kissing is way out of line. Not to mention the way everyone keeps going on about it. As if it was something special. But then a boy of her age moves into a flat on her staircase. A boy who's actually pretty cute, as the tingle in Merle's tummy tells her. Written by Anonymous

Here's kinda rough subtitles.
I think Whisper has a bit of a dirty mind. The last sentence it translated to "Can't I see your ass?"
(I'm pretty sure it was talking about the den (or cave, or hole) from earlier in the short but who knows.. lol.
