I have moved this from TV Announces to [REQ]. The "Sunday 9PM" listing was Sunday September 7, 2008, as you can see by the dates on some of the comments. Knowing TLC it will likely show up again though.

can't say i've found child beauty pageants very appealing, the girls look so fake and the expressions they wear while parading look forced and unnatural imo however i really enjoyed the Sasha Beauty Queen At 11 doc...

This show is aired several times each Wednesday here in the States on the TLC channel. I can't watch more than 10 minutes before I get the urge to reach in to the TV and slap the Mothers.

Agreed, and they make the girls look like plastic. Do you remember the old early-60's kids shows 'Thunderbirds' and 'Stingray' where they used marionettes? Many of the girls are made up to look just like that.
