This was another set of subs that didn't want to play nice! I've manually edited them & HOPE there are now no mistakes, but.......
They certainly match this release......possibly someone can confirm whether they match what has already been released by redcat.

Interesting...............

....this would seem to indicate there is an English Audio stream available that's been removed (along with other extras) when re-authored.
It would also explain the difficulty SubRip had with character recognition.
Personally I'm not too bothered about an English language version. French is a delightful language when spoken by children & an agreeable movie could easily be ruined by a clumsy dub.

Re: [REL] Noemie, Le Secret (2008)
Thanks, lb! I always prefer original audio, so assuming that the English audio track was a dub, I don't miss it much (specially now when the subs are available ).
Don't get the connection between audio streams and SubRip character recognition, though

Re: [REL] Noemie, Le Secret (2008)
If an audio stream has been removed, it's usually because the original DVD was a DVD9 (double layer) and has been compressed to a DVD5 (single layer). Such compression can cause changes to the subs (which are just bitmaps on the DVD) that cause Subrip to become more trouble.BizarreLoveTriangle wrote:Don't get the connection between audio streams and SubRip character recognition, though
I also prefer original audio, but kids movies need to be dubbed when shown to kids, so an English dub at some point would be nice.

Thanks for the excellent release lb and to redcat for tip
Re: [REL] Noemie, Le Secret (2008)
Actually redcat gave more than a 'tip'. He provided excellent caps AND the initial release.katzenjammer wrote:Thanks for the excellent release lb and to redcat for tip

It's as bad as you'd expect it to be [bad grammar, somewhat bad vocal recordings, ect.], but after you get used to it and get into the story it's watchable.
I hope this fits somebody's needs..

Both lb's and kev's version have no complete source. Any chance of a reshare?katzenjammer wrote:Hope i still can get this one... seems like it was released at the time when i had to much to do and "forgot" FLM...
