Ведь конкуренция в балетном мире высока, и только самый одаренный и трудолюбивый может преодолеть все преграды и услышать гром зрительских аплодисментов. Мы встретились с девушками, которые решили посвятить свою жизнь балету, и с теми, кто достиг вершин мастерства и сегодня выступает на знаменитой сцене петербургской Мариинки.

The career of a professional ballerina begins in the earliest childhood. A lot of sweat and tears have to be shed for those who chose this hard way for themselves. After all, the competition in the ballet world is high, and only the most gifted and hardworking can overcome all obstacles and hear the thunder of spectator applause. We met with girls who decided to dedicate their lives to ballet, and with those who reached the heights of skill and today performs at the famous scene of St. Petersburg's Mariinsky Theater.
