Eleven-year-old Lu is living in a foster home when her long-lost mother Karina shows up unexpectedly and takes her on a wild road trip in a beat-up sports car - all the way to her grandma in Poland. Lu soon finds out it's all or nothing with Karina when she gets pulled into a Bonnie and Clyde-like fantasy. But reality quickly catches up, forcing them to decide what they're willing to do to stay together forever.

I give it a Rating from 5 of 5 Stars. I like thy style of the movie, especially the Idea tho show the thoughts of Kiddo (Lu played by Rosa van Leeuwen) in a ratio of 4:3. The rest also feeling like a 70mm movie.
It's in some parts a very funny movie, but also very dramatic because of the strange mother and the hope of the kid.

I slapped a 2023 date on it because that is when it showed (premiered?) at the Berlinale. IMDB can catch up later.

I'm still sad that I didn't get a sign from the girl. After the Q&A I stuck at my seat because of all other people in the cinema and if I reached the team, she was disapeared. After I collect the first signs, I go out to the foyer, but she was not there, so I ask some of the staff who I known, but they also not seen her.
I wait in front of the cinema for longer time, the rest of the team left the bulding, but nothing from the girl. My last try was to ask the director again, but she did not know, where the girl was
