Probably off-topic as one of the main characters is apparently 19yo but played by 17yo Nina Meurisse (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0582889):
SYNOPSIS
Rachel, a 19-year-old student, pays her way by looking after Hugo, who is three and whose father is raising him alone. Because the father does not get home frequently until the early morning, the young woman takes advantage of the situation and invites her best friend and two boys over.
- SWITZERLAND / FRANCE, August 2006
- Fiction, 15 min.
- DIRECTED BY: Frédéric Mermoud
- WRITTEN BY: Frédéric Mermoud

- Review from here: https://web.archive.org/web/20070518001 ... achel.html
Quite an original and well-acted short film, the ending is surprising, we easily let ourselves be trapped by the script. Rachel manages to accurately bring out fears and questions in the face of the discovery of sensuality.

She was either 16 or 17 when filming this. Hard to know for sure, since it was all indoors so they could've shot it any time of year. It premiered on June 24th, 2006 and Nina turned 17 on November 14, 2005. It seems likely that Rachel was filmed right around Nina's 17th birthday, although which side of it I couldn't say.

Someone mentioned in a different thread that indie films don't require as long a post-production period as Hollywood. That's true ... sometimes. The shortness of a short feature can be offset by limited staff and a shoestring budget though. On occasion they even have to stop and raise more money before proceeding. This means post-production periods can be short (a month or two) or they can take years. Plus getting your movie screened at a film festival requires first showing it to whatever committee makes the decisions, and getting the thumbs up from them - you typically have to apply at least several months prior to the festival and your entry must be complete and ready to show at that time.

Yeah I think that short film „Territory“ with Sara Rosager is a good example. Shot in like 2017 only to be released in 2022 (viewtopic.php?f=130&t=11253&hilit=rosager)

In this case, based on Nina Meurisse's appearance, I'd say she was no younger than 16. It's possible she was 15 but unlikely.

Another example is the way Jodelle Ferland aged in reverse from Pictures of Hollis Woods (2007) to Case 39 (2009) due to the three year production delay between filming and release of the latter.
