With the Russian filename I was expecting the awful Russian overdub but this was in French with Engish, German, or Russian subtitles.

Kind of a strange movie but it kept me watching all the way through. ;)

Russian dubbing in most files is not a problem.
You can remove it, switch to the original soundtrack or turn it off with MKVtoolnix. The operation takes between 3-6 minutes, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your computer.
