Watched it now, subs were a bit out of time (about a scene behind) but could follow it, was a lovely film and Katia was as described utterly adorable. thanks again!

A whole SCENE behind????!? Which video were you watching? The one posted by starfish? I am afraid I do not have that one.

You asked about the fichier link so I thought you meant the one posted by bloodhound1st here:
https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... 69#p118469

I took the internal subtitles from that version and I just verified again that they are synced to it at the beginning and end and several places in-between. Other videos would not be synced to those subs. Starfish's video is 25fps and bloodhound's is 24fps, so they ABSOLUTELY would be different. SubtitleEdit can fix that.

Same on my side. The internal subtitles were 100% in sync.

I can't understand what was your problem.

I have the Starfish dl and Nights' subs, i could not get the fichier link to work, playing it on VLC, don't know why the subs don't quite match up but no problem.

Starfish subs don't work at all which is why i needed to find alternatives!

In reference to bloodhound1st's file posted on fichier here:
https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... 69#p118469
Which has internal subtitles also reposted as external subtitles here:
https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... 90#p118890
And the video has these specifications:

My previous post was for the newer video.

This one is in reference to the starfish21 files in this post here:
https://www.first-loves.net/forums/view ... 990#p61990

The SUB+IDX DVD subtitles are for optional English or Spanish. They are synced to starfish's video and do work. However, you have to get BOTH the .sub and the .idx and have them in the same folder with the video. Both are shared in eMule. The .sub file is too large to make an attachment, so instead I am sharing them both together in a ZIP file via MEGA:

Code: Select all

https://mega.nz/file/lMZVgAxI#DF0f2fpG9KBeJ78wkwpkN6HGQdweAlf1X7aEsJnhvWA
You can unZIP the file and keep both the .sub and .idx files together with the video that is shared on eMule.

Another choice is this:

Here is the external English SRT file RESYNCED for starfish's video:
Un Dimanche a la Campagne.DVDrip.by_Galmuchet.en.srt
.
SRT files only require the one file to work.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
