I checked the link out yesterday and decided it was acceptable, and some here might be interested.

First of all, this is not spam. It is a board with direct download links, mainly full movies. I looked at several posts and the films had been previously posted here at FLM. So no problem there.

The fact it is a direct download board doesn't mean it can't be posted in this forum. While we don't allow DD links here, we have previously posted links in this forum to DD boards. So no reason there to delete it.

The board rongers linked to is one thread in the "Users Board (create here)" portion of that website, and I have no problem with his thread. Perhaps your objection is to other parts of the overall website getting into areas not allowed at FLM (e.g. porn and nudism). But the thing is, we are not linking to the other stuff. Now if the other stuff was massively illegal (i.e. c p) I'd delete this but looking at the topics list it doesn't look like it.

Besides, it's just a website link, it's not an endorsement or a banner like CIC at the top of every page. So I see no reason to delete it. Admittedly, I did not go through the whole thread there, if there is anything there which justifies deletion, or anything else I have missed, please let us know.

i agree with FLL. if you go back several pages you will find many links to films that are here or may belong. some with direct links to rarefilmfinder. it may take a while to download the hotlinks but i am sure someone can find us some great little gems. (and post via emule)

I've clicked those screencap links too and it took me to an enlarged version, at least on later pages - the first 4 or 5 pages give a sql error because the screencap files no longer exist.

I don't know the legality of that stuff in UK and Germany, which is part of why it's not allowed at FLM. But it is clearly legal in Russia which seems to consider any almost any nudity legal as long as it is non-sexual.

If rongers had linked to the main ua-teens website, or the link you gave, it would have been deleted. But he did not link to that stuff, what he linked to is a specific part of the website - a thread which apparently he created - which has content similar to FLM and which appears to be legal in the UK and Germany.

To me, exploring the rest of the site and deciding to download it is little different than googling for that content in the first place. Anyone doing so needs to make their own decision as to whether the content is legal for them and act accordingly. I think many people who follow the link will do so for the films and have little interest in the rest of the site.

This site is really a mess. They offer "L'amant de poche" on hotfile, and as it turns out, it's the same fake that is on eMule for years!
