Hmm. I think we're working at cross-purposes here. ptg's rips are always good quality without being grossly oversized - after all, eMule is slower than other methods so size does matter. ;) Many of the more notable ripping groups have been able to make astonishingly small files without losing quality. Also, whether a file shows with or without artifacts depends a lot on the hardware of the end-user. Until I replaced my PC last year, I was unable to view many of the newer encoding formats. There are usually alternatives.

I, personally, wouldn't bother with an 18 gig file, no matter how good it might be or how much bandwidth I have because for me it's just not worth it. I'm thankful for anyone's contribution - after all, nobody's required to share anything. Whatever someone happens to see on the webs that other FLM'ers might like, no matter what the format or transport method, is always welcome.

Geez, why is everybody in the world so damn sensitive? Let's focus on the tech talk and please don't interprete anything into my words that's not there.
No matter if x264 or x265, a decent quality 720p movie of 92 minutes cannot be achieved in just 1 gig or 1.5.

I've always loved this film. It features 13-year-old Charlotte Burke in her only role, based on the book Marianne Dreams by Catherine Storr. Some eerie twists: her co-star Elliott Spiers died only six years after starring alongside her, as the boy she meets in her dream world. He committed suicide. As did author Catherine Storr in 2001. Apparently Storr never did like that scene at the end which doesn't occur in the book, where the character of Anna is contemplating a leap into the sea. Too close to home?

I first saw this movie as a teenager, when it started airing on one of the premium cable movie channels here in the US. It has a haunting quality about it that stuck with me. This is a hard one to categorize. It doesn't fit neatly into any genre. If you've never seen it before, you're in for a treat! :D

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. All I ask is that if you're able to use eMule, please unrar to your shared folder and seed this for a while. Every source helps.
