It's got an embedded TV logo - but the picture is stupendously sharp. If I hadn't already got it though I'd go for your 720p so as to not have the logo in the corner!

I have that version. As he says it's actual HD and not a DVD upscale. Really very nice!

There was an obnoxious Russian voiceover on my original post - so I reposted with only the French audio (hence the slightly smaller file). The video is untouched. I apologize to anyone who downloaded the first file. You can remux the .mkv to get rid of the Russian audio or download my new version.

I'm working on subtitles. As berkenl points out, only the Portuguese subs are in sync. Don't bother trying to time shift the DVD subs. Tried that already. They fit in some places and not in others despite both versions having a framerate of 25 and no missing scenes as far as I can tell. Might take me a few days but I'll post the subs when they're ready.

How, not sure how I stumbled upon this one (I mighta been following a random screenshot with underwear), but this seems like a definite flm classic. I love movies like this. Not really sure what I mean, but I have a general idea the boy and girl interactions will make for a very enjoyably movie. Thanks for the upgrade deadman. I'll check into subs for this particular HD version. If nothing pans out, I know I'll be happy with ghost's upgrade as well!

edit: There appears to be quite a few option for this on uloz right now. Here's a nice looking 1080p version without the tv logo (5gb). I don't see any cropping. The image quality isn't any better than the 3.2gb file.
Also, deadman was right, I am having trouble getting the subs to sync up with the HD versions of this film. I can sync them at first, but they gradually drift over time. Subs claim to be for the 25 fps. I'll look in to how to adjust for it.

Apparently there was a problem with getting the existing DVD subtitles properly synced to deadman's 1080 file and the ulozto 1080 version.
