Also there was a 5 hour version aired on NRK tv channel in 1990, I wonder if anyone has it?

Is that a super-extended alternate cut with this cast and crew, or is it a totally different production with different cast and different IMDB entry?

I am not sure because I found 2 articles and I mentions a new cast but in an article from 1990 on the day it aired it said it was an extended version with previous cast. I assume it's the latter ? Someone even recorded it on VHS on a forum but that was in 2008

Both the film version and the TV version have been extremely rare and sought after for years. They are both with the same cast and production crew. The short version was released for cinema and the long extended version for TV, so essentially the short version is just a condensed version of the TV production. Then the film version was cut another hour and released on VHS. The cut film version was recently released on dvd/blu-ray, unfortunately the TV version was not.

I'm not sure if the TV version ran for 5 hours or if it's the same as the version first released for cinema. The cinema version ran for 3h10m and was later cut an hour for the VHS release. So there is the TV version (5 hours or same length as the cinema version?), the cinema version (which ran for 3h10m) and the VHS version (which ran for 115 min. and is the one which was re-released on dvd/blu-ray).

The file originally shared by Toast and then emuled by jezevex is 720p with BD subtitles, so it is sourced from a Blu-ray rather than a DVD. Of course I do not know if anyone here has the disc or original disc files, or just the rip that came from it. (A full Blu-ray copy would also be at least 20Gb!)

I can not say for these specific movies, but if you read IMDB back in the days when they had discussion boards you would know that most of the people posting were idiots.

These same idiot-types provide the IMDB ratings!
