No synopsis here yet, hmm, I'll make one up:

"And Then Came Bumbo..." finds a wandering and barely employed doctor with a gentle bedside manner working in a circus taking care of both the human and animal talent. His duties include shoveling elephant dung. He encounters a depressed and anorexic young girl grieving over the death of her mother, and he encourages her father to take all possible measures to get her interested in life again.

Russian subtitles and machine-translated English subtitles, both synced:
